Your orders placed on https://www.insulavivere.com will be delivered to your chosen shipping company to be sent to you within 1-3 working days after order confirmation to your registered delivery address.

What is required for a product to be considered a return?
The product you want to return must be unused and the product must not be deformed. Refunds are not provided for products that are deformed to the extent that they cannot be resold after being returned.
HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE?
You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product to return the unused and resalable products you have purchased from https://www.insulavivere.com. This period is a period of consumer rights and has a legal basis. The shipping service fee of the returned products, which you will send by courier, must be paid by the customer.
- You can send your return in the box with our contract shipping code with MNG Shipping, regardless of the cargo branch. info@insula-vivere.com
- In case you send the product with any cargo company other than MNG Shipping or if you send it outside the agreed cargo code; Buyer-paid packages will not be accepted. If the shipping fee is covered by you, the unpaid packages will be received by our return and inspection department at our headquarters.
- When you deliver the product, you can request a “cargo bag” from the cargo company. If this is not possible, you can provide packaging in a different way. Please do not tape the bag box directly.
- In order to track whether the product has reached our center or not, you can request a tracking number from the cargo company. When the products you have sent reach our return and inspection department, the time for opening the package and entering the system is 2 business days. You will receive an SMS for notification, maximum 2 working days after your return package is delivered to us. If the product you sent complies with the return conditions, you will receive a confirmation, otherwise a rejection.
- For approved returns, the return period is 7-14 business days. The service fees (Shipping fee, Bank commission, etc.) you paid while purchasing the product are not refundable. Only the amount of the product will be refunded to your account. During this process, we ask you to check your bank account activities.
- Returns of products that do not meet any of the return conditions will be rejected and shipped to you against payment.
